I have a new 2950 that i got in july. The original part had a painted finish while the replacement is a matte coating that looks like it shouldn’t slip. My guess is that they had a batch of parts with the wrong coating and this is causing the problem. NordicTrack will adjust the term of your warranty appropriately. Loosen the 2 screws, then push the crank arm toward the bike as far as it will go, then tighten the 2 screws. It takes a bunch of force to get them really tight. It is not worth my time to deal with basic mechanical parts I can get in days rather than deal with Icon Fitness and wait weeks. 2, stationary bike.
